They are employed by primary, secondary, colleges, universities and technical institutes. The general idea of a math help person is to help in a systematic way so that the student gets maximum benefit of his lessons.Their job is to help in the math and science classes of the students in the secondary schools, as they do not have enough time or skills for teaching. But they must be very confident, trustworthy and helpful. All these qualities are very important for a math help person. He must be very knowledgeable in math, must have good communication skills and must have a correct set of guidelines to follow.The homework assignments of the student should be completed in the required time. To avoid any mistake, he/she should be able to give clear and concise answers to the questions. For the assessment of the student's performance, he/she should be able to give a cor rect answer to the questions. The report card that is required to be given to the student must be useful and well prepared. All these qualities need to be present in the job of a math help person.The school has a policy that only teachers can assign a student to a tutor. And a tutor is supposed to follow certain rules and act as a buffer between the student and the teacher. The tutor has to use common sense in all his work. He must be very honest, patient and also have a lot of patience. All these qualities are needed for the job of a math help person.Sometimes there might be some students who are not able to learn easily. These students are required to use an algebra program so that their grasp of mathematics is increased. A math help person must be aware of all the right tools and software that can be used to aid in algebra exercises.In order to play a major role in aiding the students in math and science, he/she must be good at math. That means that they must be able to apply the ideas in different situations and must be able to explain the same in the different ways. It is important that the person working with the students have knowledge about algebra and can apply the same in different situations. The tutor should be available at all times. The student should not be forced to sit in the class if he/she wants to use the bathroom.To meet the deadline of the day, the tutor should be updated with the latest learning patterns of the students. A tutor should know how to read the body language of the students and he/she should have the ability to understand the body language of the students. The math help person should be well organized and knows how to solve problems. He/she should be able to follow the instructions properly.An individual must be able to help out the students when needed and the support team should consist of the students themselves. These students also help each other in solving a math problem. The result of the tutoring session should be evi dent in the classroom as the students are satisfied with the final result of the session.
